Peas are a cool weather crop and can be sown from early April through to mid-May when the soil temperature is between 10-16C (50-60F)

This variety produces heavy yields of plump pods filled with large peas. Plant grows only about 24in (60cm) tall and are very productive. Grows best in cool weather. Excellent fresh or frozen. Tolerant to fusarium, powdery mildew or leaf curl.

Direct-sow seeds into permanent planting positions several weeks before the last expected spring frost date, as plants require cool conditions to mature. Time plantings to mature during cool days of fall. Choose a sunny location and fertile soil with good drainage.
