Large multi-coloured flowers marked with “faces” make Swiss Giant pansies a favourite garden flower. Plants are easy to grow and have a long blooming season. Use for edging, low borders, mixed with spring flowering bulbs, in rock gardens and in containers.

Start seed indoors 8 - 10 weeks before outdoor planting and transfer to the garden in early spring as the plants are hardy and will withstand mild frosts. Choose a sunny location in a fertile, well-drained soil. Improve clay or sandy soil with compost.
