A cool-weather vegetable that is both delicious and attractive. It produces uniform, white flower heads that are tightly clustered. This is an early variety that is good in short growing-season areas. Can be eaten raw, pickled, cooked or steamed.

Start seed indoors 5 - 6 weeks before outdoor planting to obtain healthy transplants, and transfer to the garden several weeks before the last spring frost as cauliflower is hardy and will survive mild frosts. Choose a sunny location and a fertile, well drained soil.
