Slicing meat with a regular knife and cutting board is time-consuming and results in uneven slices. With this double-sided board, you can easily cut thin, uniform slices that dry evenly. The textured board and pressing plate hold meat securely while you slice. Flip the board to choose 1/4 inch or 1/8 inch thickness.
The kit includes a razor-sharp knife that is longer and more narrow than a chef's knife, making it easier to cut extra-thin slices. The knife can also be used for slicing roasts and other large cuts of meat as well as bread. The high-carbon stainless steel blade holds a sharp edge and the tip is rounded for safety.
