Best planted directly outside in mid-spring. Baby Pak Choi does best in a sunny site with moist, rich soil. Sow seed 6mm (1/4in) deep and 2.5cm (1in) apart in the row with the rows 45cm (18in) apart. Thin to 30cm (12in) apart.
