While the Hobo can be used on an aluminum fire base, you run the risk of overheating the aluminum and ruining that base. We recommend the Hobo Stove accessory be used with our Stainless Steel bases.
Our steel Cook sets fit inside the Hobo for packing.
Please note: The 350ml Cup will fit inside the smaller Trekker Cook set (but the larger 500ml cup is too large to fit), which fits inside this Hobo Stove, which fits inside the fire base (Trekker) which inverts up into the kettle...really compact storage!!
As there is no need to carry fuel, this kit will keep your pack light and save you money at the same time - never worry about running out of fuel again! All fit neatly within the kettle itself for transport or storage.
Cost-FREE to run! Simply gather deadwood, twigs, dry grass, pine cones or whatever natural fuel you find lying around in the area - and cook your meal.
