Freeze Drying Tomatoes for Snacks, Sauces & Meals
Tomatoes are an excellent companion to add to many of the dishes you put together in your kitchen. In today's video, Barb takes some freeze dried tomatoes out of the freeze dryer, and we take a look at the cubed and sliced freeze dried tomatoes. We then processes our sliced tomatoes into a powder to be made into sauces for future recipes like Italian sauce for spaghetti!
