Freeze Dried Gravy | Harvest Right
Today, we look at freeze dried gravy done in two different forms-- that which came from drippings off a beef roast, and gravy we whipped up from a package. When we made lots of food for family dinner one evening, we ended up with a bunch of leftovers, but we don't want to see this good food go to waste! Rather than tossing it in the garbage, Barb took the extra gravy we had on hand and ran it through the freeze dryer to be preserved for later use.
